As a generalist investor, CPE Capital seeks business partners with an enterprise value between A$100m to A$750m. We also seek established companies with strong management teams and good growth prospects and where there is an opportunity for us to add value to the investment through our experience, expertise and relationships.

One of the features that sets us apart from our Australian peers is our focus on offshore operations. Over the past 20 years, one in three of our investment companies have generated the majority of their earnings outside of Australia and New Zealand. 

While we will consider a vast array of sectors, we have significant experience in education, logistics, food and beverage, healthcare, financial services and niche manufacturing. On occasion we will utilise co-investment networks for deals.
